Bergrose Hideaway Hotel - Strobl

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the nearby Wolfgangsee lake. You can easily catch a boat on the huge lake from the hotel's vicinity. the hotel backs onto a peaceful river, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere. the rooms are well, furnished with comfortable beds and offer a stunning view of the sun setting over the Alps. the breakfast and evening meals are delicious and well, presented.

The hotel lacks free Wi, Fi, which is a disappointment in this day and age where it is expected to be readily available.

Landgasthof Weissenbach, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. We loved the fact that we chose bergrose. We park our car on site. Best base for a city break in Strobl:)))

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location here is simply breathtaking, nestled in a quiet area right on the shores of a huge lake. We loved taking one of the Wolfgangsee ferry boats and exploring the stunning surroundings. The service was top-notch, and we were impressed with the pet amenities available. Our room was well-appointed with all the necessary comforts, including a cozy heating system, a spacious sitting area, and a lovely terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV added to our entertainment.

All in all, this place is highly recommendable for those looking for a comfortable and quality stay.

We had an amazing romantic escape at a charming Austrian hotel. the breakfast served every morning was truly delicious with freshly baked bread and fragrant coffee. the swimming pool area was perfect for chilling out after a long day exploring the surroundings. the room was comfortable and clean and had a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the hotel's location was great for accessing nearby attractions and public transportation was easily accessible.

The hotel's facilities were quite limited, with only a small swimming pool and a lack of other leisurely activities. the room decoration was a bit dated and could use some modernization, but it did not affect our overall experience.
